Theosis Management Advisors is the advisory firm Vince founded to help C-suite leaders in mortgage, title, and real estate work through the problems he had solved himself as an operator.

He has held 14 joint venture board seats. His governance work covers operating performance diagnosis, turnaround execution, joint venture and partnership governance, talent and leadership bench assessment, channel P&L rigor, and regulatory and fiduciary judgment. He was also elected President of the Spring Lake Board of Education.

He delivers keynotes and executive talks on three subjects: turning around an underperforming organization, building a company from the ground up, and joint ventures and strategic partnerships. He speaks to executives, founders, and sales leaders.

He has 25 years leading sales organizations and has overseen more than $800M in annual production. He grew Northeast Community Lending from three people to a thirty-person operation, and at NewRez he oversaw five joint ventures and served on the boards of fourteen joint venture companies.
